Relica
Battle Overview
In battle, your Relica faces enemy Spirits. Your Relica summons her three Hariolites at the beginning of combat to assist her. All characters have three actions they can take: Attack, Protect, or Ability. All four allies must act once per turn before the enemies take their turn.
💡 Victory Condition: Defeat all Spirits. ⚠️ Defeat Condition: Your Relica(s) must survive. If she dies, you lose. 🔄 Hariolites Revive: Hariolites can die in combat but will return in subsequent battles.
Actions
🗡️ Attack
- Deal damage equal to the character's Attack Damage (AD).
- How it works:
- The enemy's health decreases by the character's AD.
- Enemies have no armor (0), so damage is not reduced.
- Higher AD means stronger attacks.
- How Armor works:
- Damage taken = Incoming Damage × (100 / (100 + Armor))
Example: If the character has 50 Armor and takes 100 damage: Damage Taken = 100 × (100 / (100 + 50)) = 100 × (100 / 150) = 66.67
🛡️ Protect
- Shields the character from one incoming attack.
✨ Ability
- Click on any character to view their abilities and stats.
Enemies' Ability: Charge
- Charge: An enemy charges their attack to deal 2.5x damage on their next turn.
- Watch for the Charge indicator and use Protect or focus attacks to counter it.
Helpful Tips
- Click on characters and enemies to check their remaining health and decide if you can kill them.
- Use Protect often on your Relica to ensure her survival.

Nooo I got the bad Ending for Anise.
Cute, I love the pixel art, especially the teapot 😀
The combat works, there's reasons to use all the abilities, especially protect.
Too often do I see people include protect and then the best option is still to just attack everyturn. But this game would be significantly less playable without protect. The least used ability for me is the goat defense up, it's actually not bad on turn one. It loses value the fewer enemies are left. I spam book and teapot abilities almost every turn tho.
Being able to see all the hp and attack stats reminds me more of playing something more tactical like MtG or Into the Breach. You can do a lot with that kind of transparency in the design.
Very cool, great vibe with the pixel art and the horror music.
